Hyper Teen Fitness Challenge

Is your teen ready to be challenged? At Excel, we believe that learning to be healthy begins in the choices that someone makes as they are growing. As such, we do everything we can to get our teens off to a solid start in their fitness life!

4 Times per year we offer our HYPER FITNESS CHALLENGE for individuals 13-18 Years Old. This 20 class Challenge utilizes Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Bands and Body Weight exercises to teach teens how to maximize their body's capability. Each participant must commit to keeping a food journal, consistently attending the twice per week class, and drinking plenty of water throughout the challenge!


All HYPER CHALLENGES are limited to only 10 Participants.
