Hi Everyone! Just a reminder that we are closed NEXT WEEK for Spring Break. There is no need to make up that week because it is one of the 5 weeks that we do not charge for. (Spring Break, Summer Break, Thanksgiving Break, Two Week Winter Break.) Enjoy the beginning of Spring, everyone! All classes will resume as scheduled on March 25, 2019.
Our Kids are reviewing their basic fitness skills this week. All students will be instructed and/or tested on their Push Ups, Sit Ups, and Jumping Jacks. Advanced Students will also be timed on their Burpees. We remind the students not to compare themselves to other scores but, rather, compare their current score to the one that they had last time. :) The only way to improve is through self evaluation and continuing effort.
